Definitions and Explanations

The meanings of the following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are described below:

• "pijok" or "Platform" refers to the pijok.cam website and all its associated services, applications and features.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on pijok.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered account.
• "Service" refers to all betting, gaming and entertainment activities provided through pijok.
• "Bonus" refers to the various incentives and rewards given to members by pijok.

Eligibility and Registration Terms

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the closure of all accounts and possible forfeiture of deposited funds.

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. pijok may at any time request authentic documents as part of an identity verification (KYC) process.

Account Security and Password

The security of your account is your own responsibility. Always keep your password confidential and do not share it with any third party. pijok will never ask you for your password or OTP.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on pijok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Completing account verification is mandatory before submitting a withdrawal request.

• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• pijok reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction on suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the applicable conditions stated on the bonus page must be met. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times, meaning the bonus amount becomes withdrawable only after placing bets equal to 20 times the bonus.

• A bonus offer applies to only one user, one household, one device or one IP address.
• Winnings from a bonus are not withdrawable before the specified conditions are met.
• Requesting a standard withdrawal before any bonus conditions are fulfilled may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• pijok reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the account will be terminated.

pijok has four VIP levels: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.6% weekly cashback) and Platinum (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Active and consistent participation is required to advance to a higher level.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pijok:

• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or software.
• Attempting fraudulent transactions or card chargebacks.
• Using pijok for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using any technique to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Deceiving or harassing other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, pijok reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and take legal action if necessary.

Betting Rules

All betting activities on pijok are conducted fairly and transparently. Please keep the following in mind when placing bets:
